Great things to know before booking a class


You want to come along to a class, that is great! Learning new things is my favourite thing.

I just want to tell you about some rules I need to have to make my classes run smoothly.


After you book:

I will send out an email closer to the class date with all the information about the day and everything you need to bring.


Want to split you payment?: 

If you want to split up your payment into smaller instalments that is  an option I offer. Just send me an email  to set up a payment plan that suit you.


Cancellations:

If you need to cancel, please contact me ASAP and I I will:

  • Give you a full refund - If you cancel more than 7 days before date of the class and I can find a replacement to take your place.
  • Refund you 75% - If you tell me more than 7 days before the date of the class and I can't get a replacement to take your space.
  • No refund if you cancel 7 days or less to the date of the class.


If I have to cancel for any reason I will contact you as soon as I possible. I will either:

  • Reschedule the class.
  • Offer you a space on another class.
  • Give you a full refund.


I will not be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur due to the cancellation.
