The Sewing Club

The Sewing Club

The monthly sewing Club takes place the first Sunday of each month 12noon-4pm.

Bring your project and come sew together with other likeminded people. If you don’t have an ongoing project then you can do a wee sew-along with me. I do announce in advance what project I will be making so you know what to bring to take part in the sew along. I am also to hand to answer any sewing questions you might havl about your own project.

You can bring along your own machine or borrow one of my amazing Janome machines, you just need to reserve one when you book so I know you need one. There are 2 overlockers set up for you all to share.

You just need basic knowledge of the sewing machine to join in.

I do provide tea/coffee (milk and sugar) but in my aim to keep the price down but spirit high, I invite you to bring a wee cake (bought is just as good as homemade) to treat each other with.

I started my Sewing Club after spending long days sewing by myself and have realised that sewing together is always way more fun. To have other people around to help when you are stuck or just help you see the funny side when you are unpicking the same seam for the 14th time.

The club needs to be booked in advance to make sure there is space for everyone.

If you have any questions about the club, then please send an email my way: sewingclasses@jennieloof.com or find me on facebook for frequent updates and pattern inspiration.
